The conference will take place at the University of Sussex, where Charlotte Taylor is based in the School of English. Sussex is a campus university which sits on the edge of the beautiful South Downs national park. It was founded in 1961 and, like corpus & discourse studies, was founded with interdisciplinarity at its heart and a reputation for challenging convention.
The university has its own train station (Falmer) with regular trains to Brighton which take 10 minutes. It is approximately one hour from London and the nearest airport is Gatwick.
The campus is just 10 mins by train from Brighton and there is a wide choice of places to stay. Delegates are expected to arrange their own accommodation and a discount is available via the link below.
